I would like to order parts but don’t have the unit serial number. Can I still place an order?

We do require the serial number to place some parts orders, such as heaters for the generator, but not all. If you do not provide the serial number, we cannot verify that the order is accurate. If you are unsure of the part you need, please provide the serial # to CSS to avoid error. CSS can apply a restocking fee for incorrectly ordered parts within 90 day
