Press Brake Set-Up/Operator Job Summary: Consolidated Sterilizer Systems is a long-standing leader in the manufacturing of laboratory steam sterilizers (autoclaves) for the best universities, biotech, and pharma companies around the world. We are seeking a full-time Press Brake Operator who will perform the following duties. Duties Ability to set-up and operate CNC press brake (Amada HG1303). Select, load and install correct tooling. Perform quality inspections of parts produced. Ability to work from production schedule, verbal and written instruction, bills of material and blueprints. Maintain good housekeeping in work area. Act responsibly and follow safe operating practices. Qualifications 3+ years set-up and operating experience. Previous metal fabrication background. Experience in the proper use of overhead cranes. Experience in the use of ERP system. Capable of using calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Experience with Lean manufacturing principles. Effective communication skills to discuss and understand work procedures, training and general directions. Maintain excellent attendance record. Flexible to perform overtime duties and adjust schedule when required. Able to work within a team environment.
